Medical Malpractice occurs when a hospital or practitioner causes injury to a patient either through a negligent act or by omission. Losing a loved one is a tragedy, losing a child is much worse because of the loss of the hopes and dreams for this child that are lost with them. Most healthcare providers are dedicated practitioners and provide extraordinary care in very stressful situations. They perform with knowledge and skill and save many lives over the course of their careers. But even the best providers make avoidable mistakes that can lead to injury, illness, or death. With our case reviews, we get to the truth.

Are you a family member with a child that was injured or died under a physician’s care in the hospital?

Or you just do not remember what happened in the hospital and now have myriad questions about the care?

We can help.

Even the finest medical practitioners can be faced with a medical malpractice case.

We evaluate the medical records with the definition of medical malpractice in mind and identify misdiagnoses or diagnoses completely missed and how that may have injured a child or caused their death.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. We come onsite at the request of hospitals or insurance companies and conduct a complete assessment of the facility, its workflows, staffing, and patient journeys. We’ll identify weaknesses and strengths and provide recommendations to help improve your patient care and minimize the risk of medical malpractice.
